CL240 Racing Major with Spring Gate – CLAMCLEAT

When using the Clamcleat® CL240, the red gate is flipped up by hand to keep the rope out of the alloy cleat and prevent unintentional entry of the rope into the cleat.
The CL240 is a modified CL220. Spare red Gatea are available as PT240GATE. Also available in Nylon – CL239. Usng a CL804 Tapered Pad can aid rope alignment. A smaller version is the CL238.
